I love it. I give it to my kids but I do mix with milk and add a scoop of cocoa for the kids. She’s 14 and 11. After I did that they didn’t know they were drinking something healthy.

Depends on how you use it. Says serving size says 3 1/2tbsp. So total serving 8. But I never put that much. I use maybe 2 tsp or 1 heaping tbsp
