So soft and comfortable
I have been looking for wool comforters for some time because I overheat when sleeping and throw off my covers and then I get too cold so I search for it but by that time my husband takes all of the blanket.So I decided to get a twin size wool comforter for my side of the bed.I bought another wool comforter before buying this and I did not like it.The fabric was noisy. It slid around in my duvet cover. The comforter had little compartments of wool "fluff".So I returned it and purchased this more expensive one.This fabric is not noisy at all. It stays put in my cover and it is made up of wool batting which really makes a difference.It took about a month for me to receive it in California.When I first opened it, it had a smell. But I aired it out outside in the sun and it went away.This comforter is so fluffy and light. I feel like I'm being wrapped in a cloud!I ordered the least amount of stuffing for a twin size. 2000g I believe.It is still a bit warm for me especially in the early evening in LA but it is much better than my previous comforter.My only concern is that it is held together with a simple line stitch and I am worried over time it may come apart. But I plan to use it with a duvet cover so hopefully it lasts a long time.TIP: Write a note to the seller letting them know what color you want the fabric to be. I totally forgot to write saying I wanted white, and I got sent one in a brownish color (I think champagne).

Perfection
This magnificent quilt exceeds all expectations. It is finely sewn, constructed, and perfectly filled. This superb piece has all of the qualities of a weighted blanket but with a softness and gentleness all of its own. I cannot say enough in praise of it. I chose the heaviest fill which is perfect for upstate New York winters and plan on purchasing lighter versions for other seasons. The shipment arrived far earlier than Amazon predictions. Arriving even before that was a generous bag of the baby camels wool for additional fill, if needed.This was my best purchase on Amazon. From the first look and first touch you know that you are in possession of something special :). I can only compare it to a bespoke suit masterfully made out of finest materials. For those who know why they want a camel wool comforter, and are looking for a source: this is it. It's an honest, 100% (baby) camel wool down product (no babies are hurt in the process :)); expertly hand-made with great customer support and easy and clear communication. The wool is as fine as silk, light and fluffy. You can completely customize your order (I've ordered two 60"x80" comforters with 2 kg of wool each). It took two days to make and to ship, and about three weeks for the delivery, which is quite good for an international shipment (had to clear customs and all). Before that, I used a sheep wool comforter for 15 years and loved it. This one is even better: softer and lighter; it's like sleeping with a giant pliable bunny :). It has a serious thermal insulation properties (it's very 'warm'), so I do not regret ordering the lightest option for 'stuffing'. Nothing compares
I have tried various different comforters and I am glad I finally took the plunge on this product. This camel wool is truly something remarkable. It doesn't feel heavy but it is heavier than a similar down. It has a very fluffy but firm characteristic to it. Keep in mind it is wool and thus very insulating. I prefer to sleep warm and 3.5kg - 4.5kg I think is perfect for 65F - 69F. If you calculate the weight per area from other available products, not only is this the superior product it is also the most value.

Best money ever spent and worth every penny in warmth and comfort.
I’m in Alaska and shipping here is a challenge. Some things just can’t get here from overseas. That being said I had the comforter shipped to my brother in California who was supposed to turn around and ship it to me. No big deal. The comforter got to him within a couple of weeks as it was made to order. Well, the next part took nearly a year. Thanks to my brother for getting right on it! So now I finally have the comforter and it is amazing! It is soft and warm without being heavy, and the cover is the silkiest cotton I have ever touched. I have tried a lot of quilts and comforters and blankets here in Alaska and this one is the best.

Just. Wow.
I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. This was a super expensive purchase for me but I was tired of the sweating that goes with down comforters. I have trouble enough sleeping and as I understand, these camel comforters keep you in the Goldilocks zone of warmth and they are weighty, which can reduce anxiety. All I can say is, thank you camels and thank you humans! You totally get what you pay for. I don't regret the high price tag at all.

I ordered the 6,000 gram comforter. Not super heavy like weighted blankets, but has enough weight to feel like there’s something there and nice and thick. It’s fluffy and thick. We’ve switched between silk and down comforters for decades and hands down this is the best one of all. It’s seriously insane how it doesn’t make us overheat, but keeps us perfectly warm. Silk gets soooo hot and down is too noisy. I ordered two one for my husband and one for my father. I’m going to order one for my three year old. Amazing.
