Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a lamp, whoever shipped it dropped the lamp many times , it arrived broken ..I contacted customer service, they'r response was very fast and they refunded me the lamp immediately, the best customer service out of all these heaters I can tell you that !! If I could give it 6 stars I would !!Go Best Auto or Go Home ;) !!

Broken parts. Its now oct 1 of 21, still no replacement parts
Was excited to finally get this in the garage to help powder coat larger items that wouldn't fit in the oven. Buddy of mine got his and showed his results. It looks like it works very well, however the dial is broken as well as the turn bolt to hold the lamp at a certain height. I'll change my review once I am able to actually use it or get the replacement parts in. After 3 attempts and 1 week later still no word on replacement parts. I have requested the broken parts 4 times and still have never received a response from the company. Not even worth one star at this point but u can't seem to go lower. We as the buyers should be able to deduct stars.

Bestauto 2000W Baking Infrared Paint Curing
This is an awesome lamp specially for the price, I use it all the time for Priming and some small Automotive painting so I don't have to turn on my heater in the Booth.

Broken pieces.
This are great for a car body shop. They work awesome for drying the paint. Bad thing some pieces came broken. Assembly is really easy . Maybe 15 to 20 minutes putting it together on each. I got 2. And they work really nice. They do pull a lot electricity. If i put 2 together brakers go off. But besides those little issue. They work great.

Bought this to powder coat a 4ft by 8" pipe and base plates.
Powder Coating worked well, takes some time, and the timer is helpful in being able to cure correctly. Getting the part right up to the lights really is required and with larger parts you will have to move the light around to get it to cure thoroughly.

Not worth the trouble
The handle to slide the lamp up and down is not durable enough for the weight of the lamp assembly. Also, the upright post is cheaply put together. The welds are subpar and broke after two uses. Would not recommend.
