La Paella: Recipes for delicious Spanish rice and noodle dishes

The book is great, I bought it for my husband for Christmas last year and once in a while he gets inspired to create delicious versions of the popular Spanish plate. I do recommend to anyone who loves to cook!

We had a dish similar to a dish in this book. I have tried cooking all of these recipes. They are all very good.

Gave this book as a gift, thumbed threw it and I was in love with it. I was gifted one for Christmas. The person I gave it to LOVES it. She has Had to Paella dinner parties.

This was a fabulous purchase. Every recipe we’ve tried has been delicious and there is a wide variety of paella recipes to enjoy. This book, some saffron and a nice paella pan made a wonderful gift.

Good variety of recipes

Lots of variety in this book. Paella seems out of Vogue in my many cookery books. So wanted a dedicated book. But according to my kids once rice is in and stirred one you just leave it to cook. Unlike rissotto! And it was starchy when I stirred it.!
