Higher Quality Than Expected
I didn't expect much, considering the competitive price for this model.Instead, I received sturdy wood pieces, precisely cut pop-outs, cute packaging, with clear instructions & illustrations. My fingers are less geared towards piano playing, and more towards eating sausages with my bare hands, and I was able to put this together in a couple hours after work without any hiccups. It's very relaxing if you're patient and try to enjoy the building process - brew a cup of tea and put some music on.A small wooden "pushing and pressing" tool is included to assist with removing the pieces from their frame without breaking anything, and it was very helpful. If you have small tweezers, it will help with a few steps where you have to handle very small pieces, but otherwise not necessary if you simply take your time.I think the end product is very attractive, especially if you're into vintage aesthetics, but that's subjective and I'll let you decide from the photos. This was the first model I've ever put together, and the first from this company, but it certainly won't be the last. I'm eyeing the hot air balloon next.

Low-frustration assembly
I asked the seller which item to buy when the pictures and text don’t match. They said believe the picture over the text. It worked. I got the pumpkin carriage. It went together fairly smoothly. Better than another brand of 3d puzzles we did in the past. Took about 2 hours with my boyfriend and I working on it together. One of us put pieces together while the other punched them out and sanded the connection spots. There are some really tiny pins that he had trouble with but I could do with my smaller hands. Looked great in the end and felt like happy low-frustration togetherness time.

Prepare to scream!
I snapped the first piece I handled in half and had to glue it back together. The teeny tiny “a” connector pieces would not go in the corresponding holes. I think that you need to be much daintier than I am to enjoy something like this because my face was red with crafting rage by the end of the first sheet of instructions. 3 stars because it’s pretty.

Good, clean fun
I enjoyed the challenge of putting this together... and I’m a 40 year old woman. I get bored easily but this thing was fun and challenging. Some of the pieces are so small tho, I had to use tweezers to help put some pieces together. Not a complaint, but once I figured that out things went smoother. I also recommend having glue handy, some pieces just wouldn’t stay together, making it difficult to move forward - until I glued pieces together. The directions are picture only, no words. Pretty easy to read and assemble. I worked on it for about a week, maybe an hour a day. I’ll probably order more, they are entertaining and keep my brain busy with something different.

Fun and cute
I had a lot of fun putting this together. I did have to use a glue stick to help with the sides of the owl. the sides kept coming loose as I was trying to get it together. I found a little of glue from a glue stick helped them stick so that I could get the front on. It took longer than it should have because I colored it as I put it together. It turned out very cute. I was curious if a 9 year old could do these. I think with a little help it would be a fun project.

Beautifully Made Conversation Pieces
We’ve purchased a number of these 3-D wooden kits for our teenage daughter. She loves assembling them! Once these kits are completed, they make for an attractive, very decorative, well-made conversation piece. I’d like to add that, if you tend to be impatient, like me, these kits will drive you nuts. It’s all in the details, and there are a lot of little details. For our daughter, spending hours assembling these kits are right up her alley.

Just as described and was perfect for our project.
This was easy for my 10 year old to put together for a project. It spins fine once put together and none of the pieces broke when we pushed them out. There is at least one extra of each small piece just in case you do break some which is nice. After it was put together we altered the design to add gears to the post of the ferris wheel for his project. When you turn the gears it makes the ferris wheel spin. Gears and additional pieces are not included, of course.

LOVE this wonderful tiny ferris wheel!
This kit has Laser cut sturdy wooden pieces. It was fun to build and went together in about 30 minutes. It stands about 6 3/4" tall and 5 3/4" wide completed. I have medium sized hands, and had no problem with the tiny pieces. It was purchased to be used for an HO scale train amusement park and I think it is just the right size for the HO scale people. All the sturdy little people cages swing independently and the entire star frame unit turns as well. The little bench and lamp post are a great accessory to complete the look. I will purchase more of this company's clean, precision cut products and I would highly recommend this kit.

Fantastic Puzzle
I have just finished Step 3 of 7 in making the Airship TG407 and what an amazing and phenomenal little puzzle. The package is, as other reviews say, cute almost to the point of amusing and definitely worth 5.Having spent half my working career as a Structural Design Engineer, the concept, design and detail of this puzzle is exceptional. The 2 mm ply wood I found reasonably sturdy, other than the thin long pieces, which as to be expected, are sublte. I cut pieces out to avoid breaking them, something I experienced when making a wood ship model King of the Mississippi a few years ago.Connections are not what I would call a force-fit but are a push-fit. If any force is applied when joining I feel sure there would be breakages. I would recommend using the piece of sandpaper that is supplied with the package to clean the slot or finger. I made a trial fit up before joining pieces, cleaned as necessary and applied a light to medium pressure and they popped in reasonably easy.Handle with extreme care when making the puzzle to avoid breakages. The first few pieces went together very well but the first "vane" (A5) split on the outer layer and had to use the glue unfortunately, other than that all connections were good.Overall a very satisfied customer hoping it will be finished with no problems.. I have another waiting in the wings.

Great idea for a gift!
The media could not be loaded. This puzzle is beautiful. The size of each piece is cut precisely and easy to assemble. It can be colored as well. The most amazing thing is that, it is turnable. Gives me lot of fun, like it so much. I am planning to buy this puzzle for Christmas gift for friends.

Interesting Experience but Not for Kids
Overall I liked the Merry-Go-Around and assembled in about two hours, at the cost of aching fingertips and a mildly split nail. However, buyers be aware: this is definitely NOT for kids. I’m not sure if it’s just this model, but quite a few pieces simply have teeth that are too large to be inserted into the corresponding openings in other pieces. Case in point: I had to sand 12 A8 pieces, and all four corners of the teeth (so 48 corners in total) to fit them into the top body. A kid would have easily broken the rather delicate wood pieces. Wish the laser cut design would be a bit more— precise. In addition, has to use a lot of strength and put a lot of force on my fingertip to press most of the pieces together. A whole lot harder than Lego for sure. Instructions are relatively easy to understand but then, I’m an engineer. My kid definitely didn’t understand the instructions which are mostly figures with minimal words, just like Lego. I bought another model. I’d say I enjoyed assembling it— wish the merry go around came with music box!

Overall I enjoyed it but did break some parts
This was a good way to pass the time. I enjoyed assembling most of it. I broke some parts but there is 1 spare for some smaller parts which is nice. The decorative windows were very annoying to put on and in the end I just left it out. It was annoying but not the most annoying puzzle I've done. And in the end it still looks good! Would recommend but go easy and take breaks, or you will get very annoyed.
