Modern life can be difficult and this book although it's aimed at trauma and complex trauma patients is a valuable read for anyone who is experiencing high levels of stress. I have a somatic disorder and this has thought me skills I wish I had known all my life. It's a book for everyone.

The body keeps score is a life changing book, would highly recommend everyone to read it, whether they have experienced trauma or not.

I ordered these as a set deal for £14.99. The body keeps the score is excellent! rrp £12.99 The second book Super and Whole Foods isn’t worth buying (certainly not for the rrp of £9.99!), it’s just £2 extra with this offer and personally I could have saved that extra money and just bought the body keeps the score book. Super foods is just lists of individual plant food benefits, very basic.

I’ve not read a lot of the mental health book but it’s had good reviews elsewhere the food book is a huge con it literally gave me no new information. I suppose it would be a good gift for someone who didn’t eat many fresh fruit or veggies but for me it was a poor poor read and so not worth it I’m afraid.

The quality of the book was not new and I didn't receive the second book either
