Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes Cereal, 13.25 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Due to my need to reduce sugar in my diet, I found this cereal being a great addition to my breakfast.This has 5 sugars per cup, which is amazing for any cereal. I combine this with reduced sugar yogurt. Tastes great to me.This is a hearty cereal that keeps you full for many hours. It maintains it crunch, which is something that I need while eating my breakfast.This is definitely worth the purchase.

After i went to a local big-box supercenter and found that EVERY CEREAL it had on its shelves were contained GMOs, i started looking for a healthy replacement brand. i can honestly say, these are some of the BEST flakes i've ever had! They stay crunchy, are very flavorful, and check off all the boxes for those of us who are seeking nutritious products. i've tried other non-gmo cereal brands but this one is, BY FAR, the best!

I was so pleased to find this cereal on amazon since grocery stores seem to no longer sell this kind. It is so tasty, low sugar and the fiber content perfect. Keep this item available. There is no cereal like this.

I use this as a filler cereal adding fruit and smaller quantity of other cereals to make a good fiber mix and decent flavor. Cost is decent

This stuff is plenty healthy for you folks trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Let's just say...I got supercharged eating a small bowl of this stuff. I felt my body go into healing and detoxing mode. It must be made of stuff that our forefathers ate before they started processing foods. Now I know why they charge what they do for it.It kinda puts the food they sell us in the grocery stores into perspective.UPDATE:8-12-14 This cereal is just totally delicious and stays crunchy in milk with a great, hearty texture. My body just generally feels a lot healthier from eating it. I would guesstimate one bowl of this cereal is about as nutritious as 100 bowls of your regular, sugar-filled, highly processed stripped of all naturally occurring nutritional value big box store bought cereal. I'm getting healthier everyday!

Strangely, the Nutrition Facts are not shown in the product listing. So I took a picture of them for the listing.I buy the 8 Ounce packages of Horizon Organic Shelf Sable Milk to have with these. They do not require refrigeration.Together, these form the single best bowl of cereal I have ever had. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Amazon wrongly groups several products together under the same review grouping. My review is for Heritage flakes in the 32 oz bag. I know that I can buy Heritage flakes at Trader Joe's for a really good price. I know that I can buy Heritage flakes at my local health food store for an astronomical price. Same goes for the Nature's Path website which is the maker of Heritage flakes, there price when you order from their website is ridiculously high. Amazon has the best price. These are a premium flake because they are loaded with fiber and loaded with protein comparatively to run of the mill National cereal brands. They are super crunchy and hold up well in milk or when you stir them into something like oatmeal which is what I do to add extra texture and more fiber and protein to oatmeal. I definitely recommend Heritage Flakes and I recommend buying them on Amazon.
