This is a great value. The truffle flavor is not quite as intense as the Italian brand I bought a year ago from my local gourmet market. But it costs half as much. And that expensive Italian truffle salt, while truly excellent, lost almost all its truffle flavor well before the end of the year. That means I couldn't finish it all. So, I'm going to end up using more of this somewhat less intense salt and hopefully use it up before the flavor starts to diminish.The thing to keep in mind is that even with this truffle salt, a little goes a long way. You will almost certainly need to add additional regular salt to any dish you season with this. You might need a teaspoon in a big batch of mashed potatoes (plus another teaspoon or two of regular salt), and certainly no more than a pinch sprinkled on a serving of scrambled eggs (plus another pinch or two of regular salt).

This taste fresh and good however the bag is tiny! I took a picture of it in my hand for your reference. I made a margarita and I rimmed it with this because I can’t have lime anymore I’m very sensitive to it, gives me headaches but this just doesn’t cut it for margarita unfortunately. I think it needs something more salty but this would be good for other drinks for sure. Like rolled on a fresh lemon wedge with a chilled vodka shot!

Although it is good and I would probably purchase again understand that the "fusion" of merlot is pretty gimmicky.

I'd never heard of this but a place nearby us makes white truffle french fries and they're amazing so I went in search of something that might allow me to duplicate the flavor at home. The packet is about the size of a deck of playing cards, but it's salt, and white truffles are expensive, so it's worth the money. It worked on the fries, but more importantly, it's given me a new twist for seasoning my food. I was always an 'herb and spice' cook who avoided salt as much as possible, but since using this, I'm expanding my concept of seasoning to include unique salts and peppers, and even flavored oils, more and more. It's great on pan-popped popcorn too. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I enjoy keeping this and sea salt flakes in a split compartment salt cellar next to my stove. I add it to meats, kale, and other dishes. I like the flavor and the heat that it provides.

Glad it is back in stock noneof the other brands come close to the flavor.

Finally, finallllly, a LEMON SALT that tastes “just right,” as Goldilocks would say! Absolutely all of the many other brands of lemon salt that I have tried have been either waaaay too salty with not much lemon taste or, worse yet, a balanced amount of salt but with a fakey, chemical-lemon aftertaste. This one is ‘just right’! It’s neither too salty nor tooooo lemony! IMHO, the a-bit-high price for a pretty small bag is totally worth it! (BTW, I am finally writing this review after my third order … three orders just to be sure! I’m sure!!!)

Ok the flavor was on point the spice was there it was exactly what i was looking for I would definitely keep this in my pantry but it's just a little to costly for the size of bag I received well worth the money if you can afford it I just cook way to much and it goes fast but if you have the money I would definitely keep this on a on going shipment to my home .
