The product arrived promptly, a day after ordering it. It was packaged very neatly as well in a cardboard box, with easy to understand directions inside, and added pain relief patches. Everything you could need! I wore the product for a total of five days and loved it! The straps are adjustable and could truly accommodate anyone of any size. They do rub a little against your armpits, but the product came with underarm padding which completely resolves that. After 2 days, I started noticing improvements in my posture, even after taking it off. By the 5th day, my posture is drastically improved. I still wear it every now and then when I feel as though I'm slouching. This product definitely works though. I look and feel great! Thank you!

Too light weight to do any good. Maybe OK for a small built, underweight person.

Pros: (1) It works! I don't know if there are many pros more than it fulfills it's intended purpose. I found that I was more mindful of my posture even at times when I was not wearing it. I would recommend this product for those who struggle with slouching and hunching.Cons: (1)There was a slight smell coming out of the package. I didn't find it overpowering, and it went away fairly quickly. (2)It rode up my back, which ended up putting a lot of pressure right about C5/6 where I have a trouble anyway. No matter how I tried to tighten or loosen it, it rode up. Now, I am short (5'2"), and I assume that this is a fairly unique situation, particular to my body type. Because of the riding up, I never wore it more than 3 hours per day. (3)It can be uncomfortable under the arm pits. There are some pads that are included that help; I would recommend using the additional padding.

I just recieved this device 30 minutes ago.Im wearing it right now, (so its not pictured) and it does a great job of straightening up your posture. Shoulders back, chest out, heat high accomplished.The packaging is nice and professional. The box oncluded a bonus handful of the popular sports tape (i can't think of whats its called but its the green tape in the pic), and an interesting instructional sheet for that. Also included are instructions for the brace, a carrying pouch, pads for under arms, and a card with a code for an additional FREE devise! Very nice bonus.It appears to be made of good quality materials, and it feels sturdy while wearing.The instruction sheet tells me it will be uncomfortable for a while, and instructs me to wear for short periods at first, and work my way up to longer wear. I can see this being true as it forces a different posture than you've become accustomed to.I feel like this will definitely improve posture over time. Im hoping to eliminate pain in my shoulders from poor posture, along with light excersizes to strengthen my upper back/shoulder blades.Shipping was 2 days as promised to my mailbox.*My one immediate gripe is that I could not get it on by myself.. Im 6'3" & 215lbs, and I couldn't grab the straps & pull tight without pulling the thing off while trying to do so. I had my daughter pull the straps for me.. So bear in mind, this may not be a one person operation, but I have a relatively large frame, so its possible a smaller, more flexible person would fair better there.I will update after some use, but as I type, I can feel that my upper back is cramping, which is a good sign, and predicted as per instructions. At this point ive been wearing it longer than the suggested 15-20 minutes for the first few days.I would say that if you have shoulder pain, which is common these days from poor posture, you should try this. I am. 👍As a side note, I am not obligated to write this review. I bought this device at full price after seeing a similar device advertised somewhere, and the descriptions were in line with my current situation. My physical therapist described the issue, and gave me excersizes to do. I will be using this device in conjunction with that.Thx for reading.

I bought this for my husband. He is a truck driver and wanted some support. This ended up being too small so I tried it and it fit but was just really uncomfortable around my arm area. By the time hubby came home and tried it on it was already too late to return it so I gave it to a friend. Can’t account for pain relief or support as I wasn’t able to wear it long. It was just too awkward for me to wear.

I had been looking for a posture corrector for some time. I am on the thinner side, so finding something that worked for me had proved difficult until now.This product is perfect for me. I have suffered from sciatica and a herniated disc in my neck since my first pregnancy that can be easily exacerbated by exercise, and this corrector gently corrects my core stance when walking, during yoga, doing squats or training with weights. The fit is adjustable to my size and can be very comfortable, especially if you use the padding provided.After just over a week of use I find my muscle memory adjusting to the corrector, which has led to better sleep and my no longer waking up in pain. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with spinal or nerve pain issues. It's worth it!
