NAKTO 22" Electric Bike for Adults 250W Ebike with Removable 36V10AH Lithium Battery City Electric Bicycle with Basket&Cushion

I'm 5' 2" and the 22" is perfect for me. I love this bike - it's so easy to use...my odometer just hit 100 miles! Woo Hoo! I got the ship to store feature, so I didn't have to assemble - Danny's Cycles did a fabulous job. The basket didn't come, so I emailed the seller and it was sent immediately. Due to COVID, there were shipping problems, but the seller was good about responding to emails.

It truly is a shame that we were duped by this seller, the bike was an inferior product. Besides having missing bolts, no basket was shipped. But most importantly it did not run. Just a quick note we called many ebike repair shops and they will not repair a natko product. My husband was very excited to buy this for me and then he was very disheartened that it was for naught! I love him anyway! Always!

OVERALL positive:I am seasoned citizen, 5'2" and hadn't been on a bike for 30+ years. I wanted a simple bike with ebike functions in case I got too tired going home. This works great for me.Some Cons:1) Putting the bike together was tough (I am normally great at building - IKEA is easy for me) - the printed instructions come without a without diagram were hard to follow, especially for someone unfamiliar with bicycle jargon - diagrams in the manual DID NOT include this model. Happily I was able to figure out headlight, and other build areas via watching youtube builds of other models. On plus side - package came without damage, only some scratched on front fender which seller is replacing. Bike comes 90% built so I didn't have to figure out chain, etc. - much appreciated2) Pack included the kit for the basket (also in pictures) BUT NO BASKET included - only the plates and screws. I emailed seller and they said a basket will follow in a separate box - but it has not yet arrived.3) Seat setting was surprisingly difficult and no instructions on how to do it. Handle bar into stem was also strangely hard.4) Mixed bag on communications - horrible at first BUT after I complained communications dramatically improved. The seller was quick to respond re: basket and truly is trying to fix earlier errors.All in all, I'm positive and looking forward to enjoying my new bike for years.

So this bike just arrived. I knew there was a bit of assembly, but the instructions sent are just typed up. No pics to assist. I'm going to get this assembled even if it kills me. I have a gd headache from dealing with this.1) what are these extra parts? Small black knobs, semi-rectangular black metal, amall screws with small plates2) front brakes are VERY loose3) handlebar was VERY difficult to tighten4) seat will not tighten5) pedals are left/right and not labeled6) no basket in the boxNo idea how well this rides since i have no working front freaking brakes.If you aren't going to include the basket, remove the last photo that shows what's in the box. Or send me the gd basket.Yes, i am angry at how much time i had to spend trying to get this bike together, and I'm no newbie to putting things together.Update July 14, 2020-Had to get professional help to tighten the brakes.-Still NO BASKETI have now ridden this quite a bit. It is a smooth ride, depending on the surface.I wish there were different speeds for pedaling. There is definitely a learning curve to using to throttle.Overall, I do like it. Still won't change my 2 star rating, since this company won't fix the no basket issue.Update August 8.Blew out back tire, has a big hole in it. Good luck on finding a replacement tire for a non-standard size (22x1.95) tire. All internet searches have come back negative, so i will have to take the bike to a shop and have them search their sources. Not happy.Update: October 4Local bike shop wouldn't take my bike ("you didn't buy it from us") jerks. Found a website that sold almost identical tires. Had to get help to take off back tire due to the motor and whatnot.Bike is working fine.Update: Oct 21, 2020My battery shows full charge, but put on bike and it shows low. Contacted customer service thru Facebook messenger and they replied VERY quickly. They are sending a new charger. Will update this when it arrives.FYI: the easiest and quickest way for their customer service IS Facebook messenger. Wish I had known this months ago.

I've only had this for a month - will update later.The bike has been great. It was a little confusing to assemble but was able to find a youtube video to walk me through it. Only downside is that it comes with a twist throttle and I would have preferred a thumb throttle.

I purchased an Elegance mail e-bike. On my first trail I found the brake lever on the right was mounted with the twist throttle. Just putting my hand on the right handlebar moved the throttle enough that the bike surged forward . I fortunately had my feet on the ground and could control the surging bike. I then began to peddle up small hill, I put the throttle on full and the bike struggled. I turned around and proceeded back slowly. As I glided to a stop I put my right hand on the right handlebar to grasp the brake lever. My hand was touching the twist throttle very slightly and it engaged the throttle at full power forward. Trying to brake does not work when the throttle engages. Fortunately I am nimble and could jump over the step through and not be thrown to the ground. We checked the throttle and found it did not have to be twisted to engage. I could not even pick it up until the throttle was turned off on the left. It had been on the lowest setting. It was not functioning correctly so I requested a return. I wrote to them about the danger of falling with a malfunctioning throttle. First they wanted me to take it to a bike shop, then to buy another of their bikes. After one week of correspondence with out a decision on their part, Amazon stepped in and refunded my money. I am an experienced desert dirt bike rider.
