It does what it should do ish!!! The problem starts with liquid capacity it only has a 250ml capacity this will only clean for around 9 minutes, then you would have to refill and wait for it to heat up again. Also when the long flexi pipe is fitted steam will not come out only sports of boiling hot water. Honestly keep looking for a better product.

It is nice but the steam runs out quickly and and you have to then wait for it to allow you to screw the lid off to add more water....which means you are waiting for it to cool down... by which time you lost momentum and really can't be bothered to go back to steam cleaning the kitchen, bathroom or toilet.My old one use to clean the toilet fantastically. This seems to create a cloud of Steam making it hard to see and despite using any nozzle it doesn't have the same cleaning power my old one did. It's great for freshening up tiles or shining a tap but if you want to try and remove limescale from a toilet you've got no hopes.

I've had 2 hand held steam cleaners from Amazon and this one is by far the best. The jet is very powerful, it produces steam for a good amount of time, it's fairly easy to hold (could be lighter). What made it better than another cleaner I bought and returned is that you don't have to continually hold down a safety catch with your thumb leaving your hand in an awkward position. With this device, you have to push a safety catch and then you hold a lever which is embedded into the handle - so effectively, it is the palm of your hand that is maintaining operation. Despite the small amount of water it holds, it does feel quite heavy, but no more so than our previous hand held cleaner that was a more elongated shape (like a dust buster shape) and so the torque was much greater and it felt really heavy to hold as a result. I've managed to steam clean our gas hob really effectively, plus steam a shirt which worked well. I also steam cleaned a carpet that got damaged by a water leak - several paintings were being kept on their ends on the carpet and the acrylic paint bled from the canvasses and dried into the carpet. This steam cleaner has managed to remove 70% of the embedded paint in just 2 minutes and clearly could remove more. I definitely recommend this cleaner unless you are frail and don't have average strength as it is quite heavy to use for prolonged periods of time.

I'm giving this product 3 stars. There's nothing technically wrong with the product, it looks good and has lots of attachments however, it's also really annoying because if like me, you like to steal clean everything you'll be at it for days. The water cylinder is tiny so soon runs out after a few minutes of steam meaning you need to keep topping up and waiting for it to re-heat. If you want it for small cleaning items then a good little purchase.

I haven't used this item more than 6 times and I've had nothing with problems with it.First couple of times it was alright but the steam wasn't particularly strong or hot and the tank didn't last long. After 8 or 10 minutes use it was empty and I had to switch it off, then wait 20 mins for it to cool off enough to get the lid off.3rd or 4th time I used it, poor pressure due to chalking up (hard water area, but still poor), worked again after descaling, but when I pulled it out of the box after 18 months - no pressure, not particularly hot, just a weak dribble no steam.Very poor, not up to the job,avoid at all costs (even free).

Really pleased with this it's ideal size, easy to use, it's perfect right now with the amount of work involved in cleaning with disinfectants. The steam comes thru very well. I especially like the safety feature of the screw cap not opening until the steamer cools down.

Product is easy to use however the quality of attachments is poor and one of the main ones broke after a 10 miniute test usage.

I used distilled water to save on limescale build up.You get a small jug with the mark to show you the maximum amount. And other amounts.The marks are quite faint, but they are visible.It heats up quite fast, when I put the maximum amount in it.A red light as it is heating and a green light when it’s ready.Nothing comes out the device until you press the safety and the trigger.I used it to remove some old glue from a large wooden ornament.The clear glue turned white as the steam fired on the surfaces. You could then scrape the glue off easily.Really pleased with the results.I also tried it on black mould and used a stainless steel brush, I was not that impressed, I think ordinary bleach works better. You do get loads of attachments for different types of jobs, which is good.It doesn’t take up a lot of space, so if you want something for reasonably small use, I think it is Ideal, really pleased that I purchased the product.
