Usually when I stand a long time my feet hurts, this this help me relax and less pain for me, I think it would nicer if its thicker. Overall it's a good product.

Just not enough
Sorry, didn't work for me, wasn't too uncomfortable to wear, I have a fused ankle, so my whole body is effected by that. It seemed like I could feel the magnets, but that wasn't enough to work on the pain

Not sure about the pain relief Claims
The large fit into my size 10 shoes easily. No trimming. The bumps feel just about right, not too much and not too little. Not sure about all the claims to relieve pain, and basically no arch support.

It works!
Amazing product!I had back and hip pain for almost a year. Wore the insoles and immediately my spine began to adjust. Pain is almost gone.

.Any person With wide feet will have a problem with the insoles sliding around in there wide width shoes.It’sIf your heel doesn’t slip around everywhere, your lucky👍🏼
