Very well engineered product
I did my research before buying a tile saw. The engineers at Rockwell/Delta have outdone themselves on this one. This saw is very well constructed and engineered. I use it indoors just fine although it can be a little difficult to get through doorways. I usually remove the motor assembly first. I expect this saw to last a very long time. Even the original stock blade works extremely well. The stand is excellent. Very heavy duty.Don't buy any crap from Harbor Freight or Home Depot. Spend a little more for this saw. You'll be glad that you did. Once all the table trays are attached to the saw it's pretty big, but creates a nice work area and catches the water just fine. Very little spray. I usually place my pump motor in a five gallon bucket so it's always clean. Use another to drain the reservoir. I'm 6 1" and I find it comfortable to use.

Great saw
I'm a pro tile guy. Bought this as an extra and it seems to be a well made saw. I used it on a project at my place to make sure it worked, and it cut square and nice with minimal chipping. I knocked it to a 4 star because the knob to tighten the blade cover was bent from the factory. It still works, but was packaged tight in foam and someone at the factory had to see it and let it go through.

Very surprised and pleased
When I looked at this product, my thoughts were why does a saw with the same capability cost 3 times as much. When I got the saw and stand, I was disappointed as I remember Delta used to make very heavy, substantially built stationary equipment. This looked a little lighter duty than advertised - I thought the large pieces of granite I was cutting would crush this. Then I saw you could get it from a box store and not a power equipment place. I had thoughts of consumer grade Rigid tools failing at the cost of $900.Was I wrong! It cut 3'x2' pieces of 2.5" granite, even with the stock blade - Switched to a Bosch hard material blade and it did even better. I did have to use the plunge cut feature but so what - it worked great. It is easy to fold up, deploy, easy to change the blade, easy to clean, lots of water from the easily aimed jets (both sides of the cutting blade) - It works just as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased.Only (minor) issue was when the slide went all the way back, it would drop slightly when the slide rolled off the rail (2 of 3 rollers on the rail remained). it made the piece of granite kick up slightly. I just held it until the motor wasn't so loaded and it kept on going. It was the only way I could cut my material and with a practice cut on a scrap broken piece, I was forewarned and could deal with it.With this much weight I lost water, as it didn't always return to the tray or would slosh - that was based on the heavy weight and no reflection of the saw. With normal sized large stone or tile pieces this saw would be an animal! All in all, in several hours, I did 300' linear feet of cut (took that long only because of measuring and for test fitting). The saw with such large material was not fast, but it gave very nice strait and clean cuts.Thank you Delta for making a great product, and yes I would definitely recommend the machine (Cruzer 10" with stand).

Saw is great
The media could not be loaded. Once I got the correct saw went together great. Worked fantastically, cutting tiles can be messy. Had plenty of cooling water and good control on the feed so the mess was minimal never got wet cutting tiles. Cuts were accurate. Small bit of blade deflection. One tile broke but the cut being done was not performed correctly. The saw with the use of grinding wheel reduced tile drop. Waist was very small.

Wont hold up to everyday use
I really liked this saw when I first got it. Its lightweight and very portable. Cuts big format tile and it seemed like a great saw in the begging. The cons are that right before the 1 year warranty it started falling apart. It wasn't a big deal but 13 months after getting this saw the bearings went out and customer service wont do anything because it's just passed warranty. In my opinion I would not buy this saw again. It just wont hold up to everyday use. Spend the extra few hundred bucks and buy something that will last. I probably will get it fixed and use it as a back up saw or something. Really disappointed in delta

Just buy it. Best available
I am a professional tile setter and bathroom remodel guy. Any tile saw motor and a decent blade will cut porcelain tile. The key to this machine is that the table does not wiggle when trying to make a longer cut. No matter how precise the framing, tile board, or walls are done, there is always variation in a wall or floor. Therefore you need a tile saw that can make a taper cut without the table wiggling an 1/8 of an inch at the front end of the cut. This saw is sound and the track system is awesome. There is one issue with this saw and I don't think it can be avoided without losing quality, but it is quite heavy. I think it's worth it. Much better than the yellow and black ones. Also, the included blade is actually not too bad. And ya don't need a stand if ya have a set of saw horses. Over $200 for a stand? Not coolSo if you want your tile job to look good, buy a saw that makes accurate cuts. If you're impressed by the tile in gas station bathrooms, buy the $95 table top saw
