The weight of this neck wrap is perfect, it almost reminded me of a small weighted blanket. I can’t use weighted blankets because I don’t want my dog to get under it and get smothered, so this is a nice option for me to still be able to have some weight on me in a comforting way. I also love that this is not a plug in item, and I can use it wherever and don’t need to be near a plug. It also perfectly covers the neck and shoulder areas, it’s the perfect size.I did struggle with microwaving it. It’s really big, and my microwave is small. I couldn’t lay it out like I was supposed to to warm all areas. So some areas just didn’t get warm. That was the only flaw with this product. I didn’t know how to fix that though because it is the perfect size for doing its job.The heat lasted about 30 minutes. I microwaved it for 2 mins. I wish the heat would last a little longer, but it’s sufficient for mini heat therapy sessions while I’m at my desk or relaxing.I’d definitely recommend this product, even with the microwaving issues. It’s like a nice warm hug around your shoulders.

Good but heavy it does cover your whole neck and shoulders. Since it is big it does take a bit to get the warmth even in the microwave. Does help with pain

It heats up well and fits comfortably, but it is a little heavy where I have had surgery on my neck. As long as you can lean back into it - it works well!

I paid a little more because after checking all of the reviews, this product is more durable. Nevertheless, it is definitely good quality product. After showing to my friends, they immediately asked me to order for them. Great for shoulder and neck pain from sitting at work all day.

Quality product that is warm and comforting when heated in the microwave. The weight and warmth combination plus the wrap around fit leaves you free to walk around while wearing it. It has done wonders for treating my chronic rotator cuff pain.

This is made with super soft comfortable material. It is very simple to use with both the heat and cold therapy. I love that it can be used both ways. Easy to put on and remove by yourself no need for assistance. Also has a comfortable weight to it. Definitely helps relieve the pain while allowing you to be comfortable. Definitely happy to have found another great product to add to my household.

My oldest daughter has been experiencing dry eyes for seven years now. She was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2014. As a result she now lives with a traumatic brain injury. Along with many other impairments related to the accident she also has damage to the nerves and muscles in the face, ultimately resulting in Bell's palsy. Individuals like my daughter with facial palsy frequently experience dry eye. This is caused by lack of tear production in the eyes. While approximately 80 percent of people with Bell's palsy recover within six months, my daughter is still using eye drops three times to six times a day to help her dry eyes. I read that an eye mask used daily could help clear up blocked oil glands so she is going to give the mask a try. The warmth of the mask will cause the oil glands underneath her eyelids to open up, allowing for natural lubrication of her eyes.I tested the mask out for myself and found the mask to be soft and comfortable. It is actually very relaxing. The strap adjusts well to your head. The heat is just enough and very soothing to. The mask is also useful for migraine headache relief. I will update in a month to give a follow up regarding if it helped with my daughter's dryness. If anything though the mask feels so relaxing and comforting. It is well worth ordering!

Before we bought the mask, we thought it would be too big. But since trying it, my wife really likes the way it conforms to her face and retains warmth for a while. She really appreciates the size after trying it. Finds it relaxing and helpful.
