Works great in my hair

I just got this last week and so far I'm loving it! I am an African-American woman with natural hair. My hair is very thick with tight coils...think Pam Grier or Angela Davis afro circa 1970. =) So far I've done two co-washes (washing my hair with conditioner only) and my hair turns out super soft. My boyfriend also likes the smell so that's a plus lol. I also bought the shampoo but have yet to use it. For those who are saying coconut oil IS NOT for dry hair, I found the opposite to be true. My hair has never been softer or easier to manage. Just an FYI about coconut oil and products: It's easier to use in the summer or hot months because the oil expands and helps hydrate your hair. However, in the winter because oil loses its hydrogenation because of low temperatures, the oil will become thicker, harder and in turn dry and break off your hair. So... use as much as you can in the Summer and switch to something else in the winter time. Hope this helps!

The smell is intoxicating but it's definitely not a detangler. I had used the shampoo and absolutely love it, but the conditioner, not so much. I could hardly comb my wet hair. I'll not buy it again. A conditioner needs to be more than just smell.

Smells wonderful and my hair has never been so soft! I had very oily scalp so I need to wash almost everyday....this doesn’t feel like it strips away the natural oils but really is more of a treatment.

Because of my hair texture (tightly curled), I have to use a number of hair products. But I love this line! Even though I put a completely different product in my hair after conditioning, I could still smell the coconut. The day after I used this product my hair was still shiney and pretty. I think I'll have to start using this product line way more often!

My favorite brand of conditioner! The smell lasts and helps to really hydrate the hair.

I love this stuff. It smells so good and I don't mind paying this price. I wish it was cheaper but you get what you pay for. I use it on my natural hair and my extensions and as a deep conditioner. Wish they sold larger bottles. This is definitely a must have product for people with thick/coarse hair.
