BostikDimension StarGlass Grout 671 Hematite 9 lbs

This has to be one of the worst products ever! Dries almost instantly and very difficult to remove - does not cover anywhere near the square footage advertised. Do not buy - you will be very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  I completed my 35 sqft kitchen backsplash with a 9 lb Bostik Dimension in Hematite color. I used a pack of the Amazon silver glitter grout additive, mixed in the bucket of grout. The urethane grout is translucent and glass filled, is slightly metallic and reflective, and has some shimmer of its own. It wasn't enough shimmer for me out of the pail, but when I added the glitter it is over the top awesome. It looks like dried glitter glue, but was extremely difficult to install. The urethane grout should be feared, because it is difficult to remove from the tiles after 2-3 min, and a haze does remain no matter what you do even on glossy subway tile. Do not expect to finish your job in one day or be in a hurry. I worked in less than one sqft sections and still felt overwhelmed.. partly because the glitter stuck everywhere and took massive amounts of wash water dumps and refills. Do not use this grout unless you have the Bostik Blaze urethane grout haze remover, on hand! You will need to go over entile installation with the haze remover after 3 hours. I am experenced with tile and grout and did a great job of following Bostik instructions, but it was a real challenge to work with. That said, I conquered it fully and it is drop dead awesome, I've never seen anything like it. A plus product but not for beginners, I could see someone in a hurry ruining all thier tile.

Very dry and not what we expected. Color was also not the same as the sample we received directly from Bostik.
