Necessary for vegetarians
I am so excited that I found this product! I'm a vegetarian and my doctor advised me to take a B-12 supplement. I didn't want a pill, so I knew I wanted liquid and vegan and not gross tasting. This one covered all of my requirements so I tried it even though every other liquid vitamin or medicine I've taken is gross. This one has a subtle flavor and it's under the tongue, so I don't notice the taste much. I'm also more awake and re-energized as I had been feeling sluggish (one of the reasons I went to my doctor in the first place).

Works for vegans
I've been vegan for years so taking Vitamin B12 supplement is imperative. I take it every day since I started taking it I've had all of my vitamin levels checked and B12 is now in the normal range. Having it in a spray form is also very convenient.

Helps during recovery
2 years ago, I had a pituatary tumor which I got removed. I was so lethargic and was taking a ton of pills, which sucked. I decided to try this in order to gain energy and avoid even more pills and I'm so glad I did.

Best way to take B12, under the tongue, high potency, but poor labeling. Good Spearmint flavor.
Inexpensive due to current sale of half off. I wanted to give this five stars, but like some other brands they don't understand how to label properly. While some of the others used the wrong numbers, this brand just labeled what they were incorrectly. There are two certifications for the daily value of this, and it's often included in multivitamins or Vitamin B complexes as 100 percent which is a tiny bit. Someone who didn't understate the calculation however gave the numerical quantity 1200 mcg per dose, but labeled it as a percentage of the daily value. It's more like 20000 percent, so their label is misleading. I was going to take them to task a bit for not referencing how it was sources on the bottle, but at least they did it on the product page, and it seems to be acceptable. Now about the product, first of all other brands are usually berry flavor, but this is spearmint. I love spearmint and don't see it used much in flavoring for vitamin gummies, liquids or chewable tablets. I like it here for a couple reasons, the first I like spearmint, the second is unlike berry it doesn't make my mouth water as fast and swallow too quickly when held under the tongue. You need to hold for sixty seconds or more to get it absorbed quickly and directly into the bloodstream. The product itself is great for someone who is almost always anemic despite my love for red meat. I even ended up in the ICU before for severe anemic that almost killed me. B12 helps with red blood cell creation, and while I've taken iron and B complexes before, the potency here is much better. I wish I'd discovered these sublingual types years ago. In the last few months, I've raised my blood Oxygen an average of 2 points to 98, where I'd never broken 96 in the past. It all started after taking this. When they finally have the covid vaccine for me, I will get some overdue bloodwork and check to confirm I'm finally have a decent red blood cell count that I suspect. Recommended.
