Ingredients 100% Blond Psyllium Engrave Our psyllium contains no flavors, colors or preservatives: it is free from any artificial ingredients. Directions for use Start by taking a teaspoon of blond psyllium integument in a large glass of water or fruit juice, or herbal tea, or a sufficiently watery preparation (compote, yogurt, soup) to drink immediately during several days. Drink again in this glass of pure water to rinse it. Then, increase the number of spoons if necessary up to 3 or 4 per day (30 g per day maximum).
