Cheap fabric
Poor quality. I wouldn't consider this knit or even a sweater. A long sleeve loose fitting/over the shoulder shirt is what I would describe it. The material is cheap, stretchy, and thin. Will not keep you warm. But I think would be cute for warm summer nights with shorts or leggings. Only reason I'm keeping it.
