Dry eyes mean I've tried a number of products, and those with Carbomer seem to last longer. Gels I find easier (and neater) to use than drops - and they seem to last longer, too. This particular product, Siccaforte Eye Gel seems to last longer than competing ones, so my eyes - and I - are happy.

One of the best for sever eye dryness ,, best for nights

I have been suffering dry eyes probably due to my lasik done 20 years ago. I have tried different products including those more intensive lubricants recommended by my Opthomologist but didn’t help much. I came across this product scrolling through Amazon and reading the reviews. Thought I give it a try and it has been wonderful. I wanted to write a review but thought I should be responsible and use it for a few weeks to make sure before I share my experience. It is the most soothing and effective eye gel I have used. Siccaforte kept my eyes lubricated throughout the day with a drop to each eye when I woke up and sometimes once before dinner. I use it before I go to bed and it has been very helpful. I think different eye gel suits different people. This one works for me really well. Worth a try if you find the others off the shelf eye gels don’t work for you well.

My husband uses a lot of different eye products because he has a SEVERE dry eye problem. This one has different active ingredient than all others used by him. It is a good gel for daytime, does not blur vision, and is very comfortable in the eyes. Effect lasts about two hours.

I find this eye gel is helping my dry eyes. I live in the desert and this gel has a nice cooling sensation which I love. I will buy this product again.

This is great for night dryness. I used to awaken 2-4 x a night to use drops because my eyes felt like dry sand. When I use this at bed time my eyes stay comfortable til morning.

I like the soothing properties of this gel without the irritation that some cause me. I use it at night. My cpap tends to dry my eyes out badly,

I resent that I am being forced to buy two different products in this pack in order to get the Siccasan. Clearly the company has an overstock of Siccaforte because you can buy that as a single and they are forcing you to pay more just to buy the Siccasan by adding it to the pack. If you do your due diligence, you will find that the ingredient in the Siccaforte is not as uncommon in other dry eye products which is probably why it is not popular for purchasing. However, the Siccasan is another matter entirely. It really saddens me that the 5% dexpanthenol ingredient in Siccasan is not readily available in dry eye gels here in the United States. It is truly effective and out of all the products I have tried available, and I have tried every single one---if you are a true dry-eye sufferer, worse when sleeping with ripping eyelid off eyeball in the morning and thereby damaging cornea, you know the value of finally finding something that works for you and is not a mess, lingering the next day like ointments do which is troublesome if you attempt to wear eye makeup without it smearing even after you have washed your face.Bring back Siccasan as a standalone purchase as well as a 3 pack option to buy, please!!!
