Used to be that you could buy this at the big box warehouses, but not any more. I purchased these for a friend who really loves this brand. She is thrilled. I think dried pasta is dried pasta personally - but she likes this brand. It does say organic. A bit spendy this way so one less star. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. There is a difference in flavor between cheap and premium pastas. A friend who has gluten allergies ate this with no problem.

I used it for several dishes and my favorite pasta dishes are simple and easy. I like that these are fancy and a little wild in the mouth.

All my pasta dishes taste rich and healthy, no thin flimsy pasta for me:)

i cook it for 3 minutes in a pressure Pam, it is delicious. I got 8 packages for Christmas by my Italians freinds and I bought now myself!Tks Amazons to have this excelent product and very good price!
