The Christmas Mass performed on this CD is a revised transcription by Frantisek Xaver Thuri according to period sources, who performs at the organ. Several talented soloists with the Kühn Chamber Chorus under the direction of chorus master Pavel Kühn, and the Dvorak Chamber Orchestra under the direction of conductor Libor Pesek round out the contributors of the Mass recording. Works by Jiri Ignác Linek are performed by Václav Rabas with the Parubice Chambre Orchestra directed by Libor Hlavá?ek - an large amount of the finest Czech musical talent found on a single disc!
