I bought this necklace because my boyfriend just left for the marines and I wanted to keep him with me while we’re apart. He gave me some of his hair after getting a haircut before he left and I put it in the necklace. It was a little difficult, but it definitely worked well and I love it. The necklace is very pretty and simple and feels like it is good quality . I’m also glad that it doesn’t look too much like a memorial necklace as I wouldn’t want people thinking he’s dead. I’m not sure if it is real gold and I’m a little afraid of the finish wearing off and turning my skin green, but as long as I remember to take it off in the shower I think it will last a very long time.

I’ve had this for a little over a month and i love it! I was very skeptical because the price is cheap and I’m very sensitive to fake jewelry or just coated jewelry but this has not tarnished and stays bright and gold. I always get compliments on it and it’s a conversation starter so i think of my loved one everyday. Would definitely buy again!
