I can’t emphasize the title enough! When you wash it correctly, the pillowcases last for awhile. I do wash mine in the machine on a delicate cycle, with the pillowcase flipped inside out and put inside either a mesh laundry bag, or a pillowcase. Be careful using the pillow case method, as the color of the pillow case ended up changing the color of my silk one, but that is completely my fault for not washing it with a like color (although the new color is very cute so I don’t mind).My skin has been very clear since changing pillowcases, and I tend to lose alot of hair in my sleep but that problem has also been resolved since switching to my silk pillow case!It is real silk, I used to have a satin one and you can definitely feel the difference.My only con is that I had no idea you aren’t supposed to cry on your silk pillowcases, because sometimes your tears WILL stain them! I wish they put a little disclaimer but again, MOST TIMES it will come out in the wash. Unless you’re having mental breakdowns hourly you should be fine.I would definitely buy another and recommend it to people (which I have done both haha)!

I toss and turn a lot during the night and with other pillows my hair was a mess when I woke up and always had breakage on one side. So far with this pillow case, my hair doesn’t look a mess and my hair is starting to grow again where I’ve had a lot of breakage. BUY IT!

Most “silk” pillowcases on here are actually polyester and they are false advertising. This one I saw was recommended in an article as real silk. The tag on this pillow says it’s real mulberry silk but who really knows. It feels very soft. It is very thin. It keeps my hair from breaking off and my face from breaking out so it does the job. I ordered the ivory as I am allergic to dye on my scalp (I have very sensitive skin). I’m not sure how much dye these contain but I saw others mentioning it will rinse out when you wash it, which makes me question their dying process. Beware of oil or course as it will stain the pillowcase. Other than that 4/5.

Feels nice and slippery when it is new, but loses it shine and smoothness after a few washes. I always hand wash with gentle soap in the soap and hang to dry. Best the great quality and good for this price point. Zipper and stitching are well-done

I thought that there are 2 pillow cases in this package, which still would be pricey for me, but I jumped on a deal. When I received the package and realized that it only 1 pillowcase, I almost returned it as I thought that $45 for just one pillowcase was unreasonable. But then I decided that I am worth it, and OMG what a feeling sleeping on it.I have a few other silk pillowcases, thinner than this 22, as well as silk underwear and pajamas. Nothing feels as smooth as this 22 thick pillowcase, it's unbelievable. I sleep on my stomach a lot, with sideface on the pillow, and can't get enough of its smoothness.

Would recommend. Washed on washer, hung to dry. But zipper only ripped this week and they’re 2 years old.

Keeps my curls curly for several days!

I’ve bought numerous silk pillows on Amazon before and had good luck with all of them but this is the best quality. I even have cats that sleep in the bed with me and this silk is so strong that it doesn’t get picks or anything. The color is vibrant and it looks and feels so luxurious. If I had the money I would just buy tons of them!

Whether you have thick, wild hair like my daughter or sparse fine hair like myself, these slips make the hair look better and they are softer to sleep on. Also perfectly safe in the washer.

I expected to receive a deep beautiful mauve color as the picture and description advertise... instead, I got a pale pastel pink that i can find pretty much anywhere on the market. It's pretty sad, because it was the colour that made me choose this brand over many other options available. Also, the pillowcase is pretty much unusable to me now, after the first wash, because it has shrank so much it doesn't fit onto my pillow anymore. It was already much smaller than other regular size queen pillowcases and I was barely able to pull it onto my pillow, but after i washed it following all the gentle care instructions, I can't put it onto my pillow at all. Consider that when purchasing. It was pretty expensive, and now I guess I will have to cut my pillow?..

Está suave, pero no es nada extraordinario. La compré para cuidar mi piel sensible y mis rizos, Pero no he notado ninguna diferencia. De plano nada extraordinario. Se siente bien al tacto, pero no súper suave. De hecho, incluso se siente algo áspero si le pasas la mano muy rápido. No me parece que valga la pena el precio.
