Q: I have a 4' table that extends a little taller than normal ... will this table cover fit the tall setting?

Yes I also have a 4 ft table when my legs are extended to Maximum height it still covers almost to the floor they are made longer than you think

Q: Is the "sheen" on this cloth the same as the 6' one? i have two of the 6' - and love them, but want to be sure the 4' one will "match" pretty closely?

Hello, as long as the fabric is the same, it should be a match. Polyester will have a matte finish.

Q: Does anyone know why this has Velcro going down one corner?

So you can easily get under the tablecloth. Artists and crafters use them all the time at shows. They hide their boxes and bins underneath and the slit lets them easily access them without disturbing the table displays.

The table has multiple heights. The closest this tablecloth comes to covering the legs all the way to the floor is the middle setting. However, I still needed to drill an additional hole in the legs about 1-1/2" lower to make the table taller so the cloth wasn't sitting on the floor. The other problem is that the cloth is the right length for the table, but it's a few inches too deep. That leaves some crumpled up cloth on the floor at the back of the table. Not an issue if placed against a wall, but an issue if it's in the middle of the room.
