Kamut is a type of WHEAT. Yupik makes NO claims this is gluten free.It is however, wonderful for anyone w. sensitivity to oats. ☺ Love their rolled Barley (not gluten free) and quinoa flakes (gluten free) for making granola!! Fresh, good quality flakes. Delicious as cooked cereal or added to baked goods (although, granola is still our favorite!) ♥Find Yupik brand to be consistently fresh/ quality products at fairly reasonable prices. I've purchased several types of flakes, grains, seeds (quinoa, sesame) Very Happy with everything.

Much healthier alternative than regular oats. I love to blend them with coconut milk, green banana/plantain, and put on the stovetop to make porridge. My absolute favorite comfort meal. Can also be used to make granola.

I wasn't sure what I would get, but I have ended up sprinkling this baobab powder on my breakfast cereal and fruit for an extra fruit flavor, vaguely citrus-y. One envelope has lastedme for months. It dissolves fine in oat milk or water, or you could dip moist fruit into it for an interesting second flavor.

I purchased another brand from Amazon which was fine, but this one seems to be a bit nicer: there seem to be fewer flakes that are broken. Also, I buy other products from Yupik and all of them are very good quality.

I tasted it as is in bag. Didn't like it but my horses loved it.
