Great mug
The pictures are awesome! Great color! I found a very small ding in the mug out of the box but it in no way affected the morphing ability and I don't even think it was obvious with the photos on it. It was just something I noticed while looking at it (while all black). It was shipped fast and well packaged. Definitely recommend to any Snape fan.

Not good quality
First use the inside of mug became crazed with a net of little crack lines. Disappointed.
