HYDROCORTISONE LOT 1% MERICON 4 OZ

The Mericon 1% hydrocortisone lotion is the perfect HC for any need, but especially for the face and neck. The lotion doesn't look like many lotions because it has a thicker appearance, but it's very creamy, light, and a little goes a long way. I shave with straight razors, and every now and then I get some razor burn and irritation on my neck and face. A tiny amount smaller than a pea will cover one side of my neck and throat area. It also makes my skin look better on my face too. Just remember that it's not advised to use steroid creams on your face regularly as they can thin your skin. The lotion is also scent free which is a plus with me. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

I bought this for my dog's face, because he needs 1% hydrocortisone cream on itchy areas, per his vet dermatologist. The cream was too heavy so I bought this product which is light and thinner and easy to apply with a thin washcloth. My dog has a lot of allergies.I'm not giving it a five because although others have said it has no scent, I can smell it. But, that's because I have a hypersensitive sense of smell.

Convenient applicator, as long as you store the bottle stored upside-down so that the thick solution is ready at the applicator tip. Otherwise you have to shake the bottle hard to get it there. Or squeezing the bottle works, but then it's too easy to squeeze out too much.Very nice sort of sweet flowery smell.Works well on all the standard uses for hydrocortisone.

Been using this for over thirty years. Removes flakes from eyebrows. Just a touch of this smoothed over ears removes dry skin. Also smoothed over cuts helps/ hastens healing. This stuff gives huge relief from itchy skin..

This has been so helpful, I bought it to rub on my dog ,he was so bad losing his hair ,getting sores on his back ,nothing was helping ,tried a lot of stuff ,but rubbing this on him after his bath his hair has grown back ,I will continue to buy this

There seems to be a fine line between what defines a lotion versus a cream. This product falls somewhere in between.

The lotion worked well..I just wished it was more creamy than watery...BUT, that's a concern of the actual company who makes it. The transaction was smooth and I received it on time without any problems! Thanks so much!
