These are my new favorite cookies. Fantastic with coffee.
I ordered 4 bags of these cookies and the first one I opened was mostly just crumbs. Am on the second bag now and so far, they are mostly intact. I will use the crumbs as granola with some yogurt.

A different sort of nibble as it’s not as sweet as many cookies. I also like the small size as it can be eaten neatly in a single bite or two. Reminds me of the benne seed wafers from Charleston.
