These are law enforcement grade OC balls in a .68 caliber size. They are rate 10X in potency and work very well for animal control because they are LIQUID. Most powdered balls are ineffective with animals because they don't have the pepper smell that deters animals. These are liquid OC, so the animals gets the full affect.
