Novogratz Z Stevie Futon, Convertible Sofa Bed Couch, Green Velvet

It looks just like the picture. I put it together with some friends and they all loved the color, is comfortable and appealing to the eye.Putting it together is a bit hard, due to the angles of the screws and the little range provided. So I recommend to have your own tool when buying this beautiful and avoid the bruised fingers.

I have not had the couch for long so I cannot comment on how it will hold up but as of right now I am very happy with it! It came in a box in a timely manner and the color was exactly as show in the picture. The assembly was rather easy and it’s not super heavy so moving it up my stairs was more than easy for two people. It is a little more on the form side which I actually prefer and it is certainly a good value for the price. Over all very happy and would purchase again!

Only reason for 4 stars is that I actually ordered the Navy Blue and they sent the Green...I ended up really liking it anyways so I'm not upset, but confused as to how I got the wrong one.It took me about 30 minutes to put it together (after unboxing) by myself. Very easy and no issues. I was worried it would be cheaply made since it was cheaper than similar futons elsewhere, but it's extremely well built. It goes great in my bedroom as extra seating.

I really like this couch. It looks very nice in my apartment and it was good for my visitors to sleep in. It is more of a light lilac color but that was okay. Assembly was very easy and quick for me, but i do recommend working with another person. It is rather stiff but I prefer stiff couches rather than cushiony. But yes, do be careful when assembling this couch because if one screw is lost than you’re screwed lol.

Of course this isn’t great quality since it is so cheap, but I still was surprised the arm broke after such a short period of time.

I had a bad experience with their delivery — waited all morning for them and received a “delivered and handed off directly” status without the package. I had to call Amazon customer service to help contact the driver. I was home all morning and there was no doorbell ringing nor any attempt to contact me regarding the package.The sofa itself was nicely packed. Not easy to unpack and definitely not easy for someone living alone to assemble. Very heavy, but definitely sturdy as described.I am quite disappointed at the chipped corner, but decided to keep it because I’m not sure I wanted to return and reorder and go through the entire ordeal again.

I was going for a modern retro design in my music room - but still had functionality. This Novogratz futon is IT! I’m a big fan of their products (have some Novogratz bed frames) but I was a bit nervous about a futon. I’m really impressed with the quality. It is a little more firm than expected, but I am very happy with my purchase. Really good value for the price.

I loved it!!!! It is really nice for a small apartment and it was easy to set up. Will need more than one person to help set it up. But overall really nice and loved the color.

Stylish, contemporary minimalist and much better looking than alternatives. At this price I was expecting a smaller futon, but it's bigger than I thought. Fits me, the wife and the dog, with space to spare. Color was Beige instead of Ivory but the futon is nice anyways so I don't care. Velvet is weak against dog nails so I'll be buying a cover. Assembled by myself, no big deal, the thing is light but sturdy. When flattened, a couple extra legs come out, they are made of plastic so I don't trust them as much as the metal main legs, but as long as you don't use it for anything besides sleeping I think it will hold. When transforming from bed to couch, there's 2 polleys that "click" separately, and you have to be careful so that both are always on the same rotation level so that it's always tight and strong. I'm happy this purchase was successful.

Quite well made and certainly smart looking. I did not pay attention to the measurements and realized two people would not be able to sleep on it - it is not big enough for that. But one person would be fine although it is a little hard. But for the price it is a lovely piece of furniture.
