Great eye drop for chronic dry eye, preservative free!
This is a godsend for advanced dry eye sufferers. Especially if you have chemical sensitivities. I was doing research trying to find out what the next step was in treatment. I have poor quality and poor quantity tears. I have punctal plugs and use an emulsion eye drop. The other eyedrops given by my specialist I was unable to tolerate due to reactions. As someone in the science/medical fields, I use PubMed to find new possible treatment options. I saw several papers, including one with the recent guidelines for treatment from the International Dry Eye Consortium, stating that drops with hyaluronic acid were the next step in the treatment tier (I recommend looking up the paper, it was from 2015 I believe, to find out if this is the right next step for you and discussing with your eye care professional). Unfortunately, for whatever reason, hyaluronic acid is not used in eye drops in the US (excluding one brand with it as an "inactive ingredient" but it had a ton of preservatives). Google, however led me to a German manufacturer that made sterile multi-dose hyaluronic eye drops without preservatives. Well, sure they could claim that, but how did they manage it, and again, why isn't it here in the US? So a long paper and engineering diagrams, I understand the mechanism, and it's brilliantly simple! There is a whole line of the Hylo eye drops. This should be your starter drop as it's 0.1% hyaluronic acid. There is also one with panthenol which has been shown to help with corneal healing if you have problems with that (Hylocare, it's the green box). Then the red box, Hylo-forte is the 0.2% hyaluronic acid drop. I currently use this product in the AM and PM. I also use my Retaine MGD (emulsion) drops in AM. I do wear contacts (part of the reason I was desparate to find a new drop as I hate glasses) and the Hylo-tear is safe to use with my contacts in as a rewetting /artificial tear during the day. My eyes have not felt this good in 10 years. No constant gritty feeling, and I don't have bright red eyes all the time.

Wonderful for chronic dry eye due to oil gland disfunction
I have chronic dry eye from working at a computer all day. My oil glands have either been clogged, or have disappeared completely, so I simply just don't produce enough and my tears evaporate too quickly. The hyaluronic acid in these eye drops really make a difference in how often I have to apply, as well as how moist my eyes actually feel between drops. Oddly enough, my veterinarian was the person who turned me on to this stuff. She has something really similar for dogs/cats and suggested I try to find it for people. Great product. Has lasted me a nice long time. I adjusted to the way you have to press down on the button in order to dispense the drop just fine and have very little issue with it anymore. Absolutely recommend to others.

The instructions and the box are in a completely different language, and I don't know what it is.
I used the eye drops and all is well, but I think it might have been helpful if the instructions were in English. Your thoughts?

Best Eye Moisturizer Out There!
Based on a referral from an eye specialist at MAYO clinic in Arizona, I purchased this product 3 years ago. It is made in Europe so you cannot buy off the shelf here; however, you can buy on Amazon.Would never use anything else. Does the job without weird things causing your eyes to get redder hours later. Also contains hyaluronic (the key ingredient).

Dispense System
The dispense system does not work. I have an almost full bottle and am unable to get any drops out.

Maybe not better than Refresh or Systayne for me
For the price, Refresh is a lot more economical. I can’t really tell if they are any better. The pump dispenser seems to regulate the drops better but I waste more drops with it than I do with the normal style. I’m sad because I had my hopes up. they aren’t as good as I heard they were and they are all gone in less than two weeks. Maybe the gel drops will be better.

Worth it
I have to use Systane drops every 30 min for for relief. These high quality drops will last most of the day. The only real issue is getting the cap off to use it - it’s a challenge the first few times!

Great to hydrate ones eyes
Overall great eye drops to moisten the eye surface with and without contact lenses. The opened bottle can be stored for 6 months. This is convenient if you only need these occasionally.

one of the best eye drops for morning use
My wife tried quite a few different drops to help with getting her eyes open in the morning. This was due to her eyelids being a bit sticky. These drops were the best and she uses them when needed in the morning since about September 2023 until now January 2024.

Easy to use
Bought to use post cataract surgery on the advice of surgeon. Really easy to use especially whilst at work or out and about and does seem to help dry eye syndrome made worse by surgery.

Makes a big difference
A friend recommended I try this because my eye used to run every day. My wedding was coming up and I didn’t want to ruin my make up. Not a tear on the day. Really great product
