This book is a complete waste of money.Information barely fills a thimble. This book is small, vague, and concepts are not developed appropriately enough to constitute a “step by step biltong making business.” It claims to take you through the process from start to finish, but no history, no differentiation between spices or methods, no recommended manufacturers, the few examples given are in metric, there isn’t a single recipe or flavor profile for various game.You can read the book in 5 minutes, and 1/3 of it is blank pages intended for the reader to take notes.I speculate that you could hand write the entire text of the book on the blank pages provided.Your return on investment with this book is ZERO.Recommend you save your money!

The small pamphlet had partial print on most pages and was completely unusable.

This is basically a pamphlet with almost no usable information. To make things worse, it is padded with blank pages at the end. This is a total ripoff.

Maximum 16 pages, mostly pictures. All stuff that is pretty much common sense or already known. This is the biggest waste of money and there is more content in my daughters school books and she is 6. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying as one star really is too much. But well done to the author for tricking us out of our hard earned, clap, clap.

This must be a joke.This “book” is complete and utter rubbish. Totally useless.I would have had more satisfaction in taking a $5 note out of my wallet and set it on fire.

NO useful information in the book other than use quality meat and spices, well who wouldn't use quality meat in the first place!! No Recipes . Nine pages to make notes and a few pictures . Definitely look for other sources for information. Maybe I expect too much but there isn't even a recipe for spices of any sort.
