Birthday Cake Mug Cake Cups by Birch Benders, Keto Dessert, Gluten-Free, only 4 Net Carbs (8 Single Serve Cups)

I hope this review goes through. I left one for birthday cake and I realize that they put all the choices together. This is regarding the pancake and I cannot tell you how wonderful these are! It is truly amazing. I put butter on them added Keto syrup and I felt like I was sitting in IHOP.....OMG, THIS IS GOOD. The other good thing is you are really satisfied with just the one cup. I mean I am quite sure I could eat all 8 of them but I am not. I am just so excited to have found all of these Birch Benders. The Brownie is fantastic, the Birthday cake is great. There is no longer any excuse to "cheat" with a bunch of sugary snacks. At least try them and you decide for yourself but I bet you are as excited as I am. I realize it is expensive but how many times have I wasted money on one thing or another including stacks of pancakes, dozens of donuts, ice cream so I will not complain about the cost (well, I might) because it is so good and healthy (for me). Go get some! I cannot wait for you to try all of them!!

UPDATE 2:Brownie is good! Not as good as birthday cake, but close. It doesn’t have a bad artificial sugar taste, which is great.UPDATE:Do Not buy choc chip pancake. It was inedible. I tried adding butter and sugar free syrup and that didn’t help. It tasted like eating almond flour with a spoon outta the package and a ton of artificial sugar thrown on for good measure. I have the brownie one coming and I will update after I try it. Still 5 stars for the birthday cake one.This tastes so much better than any cake in a mug I’ve made. I was hesitant because I don’t like any of the desserts I’ve made with Almond flour. I bought the Cake flavor and made it right away. The taste is very good. The only downfall is an aftertaste of artificial sugar. It’s not overwhelming though.

These are my go to snack for my late nights at work. Super easy to take anywhere, and flavor is spot on with the nonketo products!

These taste delicious to us, but for the tiny amount in the cup (hardly enough to taste), the price is ridiculous. We bought as a diabetic treat, but FiberOne low-carb, low-sugar brownies are a better choice for cost and volume. Too bad these are not a bigger portion at a reasonable cost.

I will say these were a total impulse buy for me. I’m trying to cut down on sugar, so I’m always looking for lower sugar/carb snacks and desserts. I couldn’t wait and made one of these as soon as the package was delivered. They are delicious! Not too sweet and no chemical taste. I would definitely order again! Perfect for breakfast or dessert. I haven’t been off sugar for longer and it still tasted great to me. I’m sure they taste even better if you’re off of sugar longer! I’m going to try the brownie one next! I do wish they were a little cheaper. $3 a serving is a little steep. However, they are worth it for an occasional treat!

I usually buy the Dunkin Hines Keto brownie mug cake things, but decided to try these. I read a lot of reviews where people either liked these mug cakes or they didn’t so thought I’d give them a try. Boy am I sorry I wasted my money on these. They are horrible tasting! I like sweets and will eat every sweet keto friendly item i can find, but these were honestly the worst. The Dunkin Hines Keto birthday cake take a long time to be delivered, but I’m going to try them as there chocolate cake and brownies taste good.

There’s limited keto snacks in my opinion that don’t come out grainy from the almond flour or tasteless from no sugar/flavoring. But these birthday cake cups are not like that!! In under a minute I could enjoy one of my favorite desserts. I don’t eat this everyday on Keto but it definitely makes a difference when I’m really craving something sweet and don’t wanna fall into a carb hole!! Sometimes I’ll put a small scoop of Keto ice cream for extra indulgence, Super yum!! The cake is fluffy and has a wonderful aromatic vanilla flavor. Looking forward to trying other products by this brand!!

Just add a small amount of water, microwave and you have a slice of heaven. So good. Works especially well with my keto diet.
