This chair fits my Mom perfectly and is very easy for her to use. The remote is simple enough for her, all while it has great functions to help her relax with the heated back and vibrator for her back!

Chair was a good fit for a person 5’1”. We bought this because the other options were not designed for a shorter person.

My electric chair was supposed to be here from 4/8/2020 to 4/16/2020. I was very impressed that I received it today4/3/2020. My husband had no problems putting it together. We just ordered the chair on 3/30/2020 and it got here this morning!! Thank you for getting the chair to me so quickly. This chair shipped quickly, was easy to assemble and a great value. I ordered this chair just before a major back surgery. I needed comfort and convenience without taking up too much space. This chair met all of my needs and more. I have pretty much been living in this chair for about a month now.

This chair is perfect for my 115 lb sister, height 4' 10" .The color is subtle, the lift is great, she likes the heat and massage.It arrived more quickly than expected, in two boxes to be put together.

We took a chance and ordered a chair on-line for my elderly father. I would say overall this is a great chair and definitely worth the money. My mother is very particular and she really liked the brown leather. It looks like real leather! I am thankful that this was a really great company when it came to returning this chair. They were extremely helpful. They made the return process easy once I told them the chair was not going to work out for my father. Again, this is a great chair, but my father is larger and this chair was just not big enough for him.

Having some difficulty with the chair for 2 weeks of ownership.Both arm sections continue to work loose as they merely friction fit with no permanent way to attach them.Correction: arms were put on backwards. All is good now. Very good product and value for $$.
