Comfy
Love it 😍, socks are so soft, comfy but still works, not as tough as other brands. My size is 6.

Got this kit because I wasn’t sure what I needed it
This is a great kit to have if you have problems with your feet!! My feet hurt after standing for extended periods of time. And I know I have extremely flat feet. I didn’t know what device would work for me. The one that slides over your foot and has a pad that covers your arches has really helped me!!!! Something so little and easy has taken away extreme amounts of pain I was dealing with!!!! Definitely get this kit if you have feet problems!!!

Plantar Fasciitis foot support
Helped somewhat. The heel cushion for inside your shoes isn't very helpful. I got the most relief from the slip on heel cushion and the arch support. Can't really recommend this. I'd rather advise you to just get a good pair of shoes and do the stretches that can be found on YouTube.

Sizing misleading, decent kit
Sizes listed as Small OR Medium. It’s a seperate selection with corresponding shoe sizes and different images for the kit. What actually arrived is a single kit labeled Small/Medium. As a result some items fit, some are too large & unusable.

Definitely help
Definitely love the convenience of all of the different materials in one box. I have been using these daily and switching out and combining them in order to help with my foot pain.

1 Star For the 1 Item That's of Any Value in This Kit
There's only ONE thing in this kit that's worth the money, it's the silicone gel heel. Everything else is not very helpful for plantar fasciitis. If I could rate just the silicone gel heels, that one item would get a 5!! The rest are all 0.The silicone gel heels add a lot of comfort and padding to a super sore and painful heel. It can be a struggle to get them to fit in your shoes, though. But, it can be done. And since they don't really "breathe" you do need to take them off to let the air back in and on your skin, which can be tough to remember when they feel so comforting. I'd rather have just bought a set of these. The compression socks are kind of useless... I've tried using them but they're just cheap "socks". Well, they are just cut-off socks without toe coverage. What else are these supposed to be doing for my injury? They sure aren't going to "prevent further injury" like it says on the box -- how is that? You know marketers can write nearly anything on a package... this is an example of that. The gel heel shoe inserts are a total letdown. They're flat, have almost no fluff or support, cheap, and wimpy. They have very little gel in them which means there is basically no added support. They do next to nothing in my shoe for my messed up heel that's been plaguing me for months & months & months. I desperately miss being able to walk normally more than my words can describe, without being in pain. The therapy wraps are clunky and loose. I don't think they're going to fit in very many people's shoes easily. Cause of the clunk and cause of the loose when you slide your foot inside, they'll likely come off. I don't know what to do with them. Since they're so loose, there's no compression. The worst of all of everything (for the heel) are the cushioned arch supports which do absolutely nothing. They were SO loose right out of the box. I tried them on and just thought, what IS this? They add no pressure. They do nothing. Right in the garbage can cause there's nothing else to do with them. The four sets of "heel grips" go on your achilles tendon -- they are not for "the heel" which is on the bottom of your foot. I do not know why they are in this Plantar Fasciitis Kit. What would padding on the back of my achilles tendon do for the PAIN I am getting in the bottom of my heel??? It doesn't make any sense.Adding thickness to the back of my achilles will make my shoe feel tighter, as well, because I've bought these type of things before. They can make loose shoes tighter. What does this have to do with plantar fasciitis again? I don't get it.So, I only like 2 of the 14 items, which the 14 are all 7 duplicate items, so it's truly a kit of SEVEN items.I only find comfort in 1 of 7 items in this kit.

Good fit, nice selection
I like that I could try various items + combinations to find what works for my specific pain. There are 2 pairs of silicon heel guards, so I can wear on both feet (so not to throw my hips out of balance) while other pair is drying. Must clean every night or they get stinky! Also used the heel inserts. I'm US women's 7. Ordered small + everything fit well.

Go to the store and buy quality supports
It is nice to have the options of all these different ways of hopfully dealing with foot pain but, all the slide on heal jell supports are very thin. The compression socks are very loose and the arch supports also do not do alot. The slide in shoe heal gells maybe the only thing worth dealing with pain but still do not do alot.
