This is great for cooking, its low cal, high fiber.

Super product.
I bought this bran to make chapati (roti) by mixing this bran with wheat flour. It’s good for digestion. Can be mixed with wheat flour to make whole wheat pizza crust , bread etc.

A finely grained source of fiber.
A registered dietitian recommended we use unprocessed wheat bran to increase the fiber on our diet. This is a great package of finely grained bran that we can add to anything we wish.

It's very good but a bit too fine (almost like sawdust!).

I use this to make keto hot cereal.
I mix this with protein powder, dark chocolate powder, ground flax seed, and a few other things to make a keto hot cereal. Just pour some boiling water over it and mix. Works great for that purpose.If you are not someone who eats a lot of fiber, be warned that you should *taper up* your consumption of this type of product or it might cause you some GI issues lol

Good quality for baking
Inexpensive wheat bran for human consumption is getting hard to find for some reason. This is pricey but very good quality and flavor. The extra fine texture makes it great for baking. Product was delivered a day earlier than promised!
