The sizing is good for length and overall circumference, except that the head hold is a bit tight for my head. The waist band is sized to keep the shirt from riding up too often, so that’s a plus in my book. I do wish they offered this in a polyester or polyester blend material.

My son is a body builder and this was a gift for him. It fits true to size and it looks great.

I go to the gym about 6 days a week and actually loved the look of these shirts. Unfortunately they don’t hold up well at all which is a shame. They started to rip after only the first week. Still I said I’d give it a chance. They only got worst. I bought another shirt, same design but different company and didn’t have the problem. I don’t do any crazy movements while working out.

I love the design and feel of this. Too bad it runs so small. Fits right across the chest. It’s just too da** short.

Durable not elastic! The other brands are elastic however they are also easily cause tear on the sides. Unlike this is more durable less stretchy.

I EXPECTED THAT THE BACK SIDE WOULD BE SAME WITH THE PHOTO AS SHOWN BUT ITS NOT REALLY LOOK ALIKE. QUALITY WISE ITS GOOD BUT NOT THAT VERY GOOD. i brought two red and the yellow both colors were amazing but please choose the larger size
