My 5 week old was constantly having issues with drinking so fast that he would aspirate and start choking with the level 1 nipples. It didn’t matter what position he was in and even doing baby paced feeding methods barely helped the issue. He would be gulping so fast that he would have to stop after a few gulps to breathe and few tikes before stopping. He was taking in so much air doing it this way that his stomach would bloat quickly. I happened to be scrolling on Amazon to try and find something to help this and came across these T flow nipples. His pace has slowed down to a much more reasonable rate. He still had the occasional spill down his face but nothing like what was happening with the level 1 nipples. And he’s not gasping for air or choking now. It takes him a little longer to drink his bottle but not more than just a couple extra minutes. I’m very happy I found these and plan to continue using them until he can learn to better handle level 1 nipples again. Would highly recommend for anyone who has the same issues with their newborn.

This was a saving grace for bottle feeding! Level 1 was too fast of a flow rate for our small infant and she had recently needed more flow than the premie so when I found this I ended up buying several packs to have on hand. Easy to use - goes with the Dr.Browns bottle system - honestly was the perfect fit for her. I wish id known about this size sooner!!

Love the entire line of Dr. Brown's products. My son has no issues with these and adapted to the new size immediately. We have not had one issue with these nipples and will continue to purchase as her continues to grow.

My baby struggled with transitioning to different nipple sizes. This helped us control the flow without too much milk for her. She was a slower feeder so the 1 was too fast for her at the time. Good quality, soft, and easy to clean and use. If your baby needs something slower, this is it.

Our newborn started on these at 2 weeks old and still uses them at 3.5 months old. The flow is very natural and not too fast. These are great for Moms who still want to breast feed here & there!

After much research I didn't know ow these existed. Easy to clean like other dr browns nipples. Flowers rate is faster than the P but slower than the size 1. Easy way to get little ones going to faster flows.
