I’ve tried many different kinds of multicolored pens with mechanical pencils. Most of the mechanical pencil’s lead slides when writing and the components break quite quickly. This pen is the best functioning and most professional looking pen I’ve ever used.

I bought one of these in white and then found it in purple and had to have it. Love the way it writes. It is very comfortable in my hand, I often get hand cramps when writing with to thin of a pen, so this one is great. Wish this was available in stores during back to school time cause one utensil does it all!!!

I use the same notes at work 2-4 shifts in a row so I like to switch ink each shift so I can distinguish which are the newer notes and this pen is great. I love the way it writes and it saves me carrying multiple pens in my fanny pack of supplies. Will buy again when the ink runs out, for sure.

I love these pens!! I love that they have a pencil option and eraser, and they are multicolored and fine point. As a nurse, and a student, I color code most everything I write. The ink seems to last forever. My only complaint, and it’s more an annoyance, is the pencil option is sensitive and I frequently disable it while writing by accidentally touching the thing that enables it (words are hard and I can’t think of what it’s called lol)

The Pilot Multi Function Doctor Grip 4 + 1 pen may be the only pen one needs! It comes with black, blue, green, and red ink plus it is a pencil too. I am an older, non-traditional college student who works full time and has kids. The pen is comfortable to hold, easy to refill (refills  Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1 Multi-Function Ballpoint Ink Refills, Fine Point, Pack of 4, One Each Black/Red/Blue/Green (77154)  are reasonably priced as well as easy to obtain from Amazon, and looks stylish (I have the shell pink). Not only does it work great for my college classes but also for any household paperwork I need to fill out. The only other pen one might need is the Pilot Frixion that I also have, which comes in handy for those times one might need erasable ink.  Pilot Frixion Ball 4 Click Retractable 4 Color Gel Ink Erasable Murti Pen, 0.5mm, Pink Body, 4 Color Refills 8 total, Frixion Eraser, Sticky Notes Value Set .This Pilot Multi Function Doctor Grip 4 + 1 pen is a little more expensive than the 4-color alternatives I could find locally. The difference in price is worth it because the pen is comfortable to write with, writes well, and can be used as a pencil too. I recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation.

This pen is just so comfortable to write with. Such a nice weight and feel. Best part is you can replace any of the empty inks. So handy to have a pencil eraser and 4 ink colours in one. Best nurse pen.

La marque au bonhomme à tête de bille, aurait dû développer un produit comme ça. Au lieu d'avoir 4 stylos, un porte mine et un porte gomme, l'intégration est réunie dans un volume très très légèrement supérieur au modèle 4 couleurs. Il ne reste plus, aux inventeurs, qu'à réfléchir à une utilisation recto/verso (sans gomme ou sans petit oeillet).
