Mislabeled as 16gb. Actually 32gb capacity
It's hard to classify this as a complaint, but these were sold and labeled on the packaging as 16gb drives. However, they are actually 32gb. I'm guessing as other reviews have mentioned that these are factory "defect" drives being sold at a huge discount.That being said, the two that I have tested so far are functioning just fine. The "defect" in my case is the mislabeled capacity which I would call a win in the end.

Good drives to update BIOS and install new OS
Used the 2 drives to update my BIOS and install a new OS. No issues at all. Convenient to have 2 and great price too.

Can't beat the price and SOLID
Some of these low-cost-high-volume thumb drives are unreliable. But these have been SOLID for me. Just for you to know, there is no retractable head. The USB is exposed. But so is the USB at the end of all my cables. And they feel solid n my hand. I do not want to pry it open to look but it feels well-made. The cheap ones (the same price as this) that don't work out seem to have unnecessary bells and whistles such as a flip cover or retractable head that may or may not retract later.

work great, but aren't the easiest to open for old hands
If you have arthritis or any sort of hand weakness you may have trouble opening these easily before plugging in. I don't have any issues with this design and like that they won't easily pop open on their own if left in your pocket. I gave one to an elderly neighbor with a copy of the files from her broken computer and she wasn't able to open it on her own.From a technical perspective they work exactly as advertised.

A good value for general purpose USB thumb drives
I ordered a pack of 5 PNY 32GB thumb drives for general purpose. Transfer rate is not fast but good for general purpose.
