This is provides a stylish and effective way to heat a room quickly.You have to attach the feet when it arrives. Make sure to have a magnetic screwdriver to help get the screws in place (it's fiddly otherwise), but this shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Next plug it in and connect to the wifi via the app - I'm not sure if this has been improved since some earlier reviews or if I just got lucky, but this worked quickly first time for me (using a BT standard router).It takes about 20mins to heat up a small room from 12C to 18C on high mode and is completely silent. According to reviews, it's also one of the more economic models on the market. You can control it by touch, including setting it on high or low mode and putting on the child lock. Alternatively, the app offers the same functions, including timers, and you can also use it via Alexa once you've enabled the Princess Home Skill.The front glass panel doesn't get too warm - the heat actually comes up from the grille behind it - though it's a bit hotter at the rear. It's got tip protection - if it falls it turns itself off, which is good for peace of mind if you've got kids, small animals or are a bit clumsy!The heater can be wall mounted and comes with screws to do that. But if, like me, you want to move it from room to room, it's pretty light to pick up (I got the 2000W version).While it's not the cheapest on the market (a discount brought it down to £105 for me), it seems to be one of the best balances of low running costs, style, portability and throughtful industrial design.

We are using his smart heater in a half converted garage. It can get very cold because we still have the large garage door only a wall away.Having this heater has enabled us to keep the temp of the room consistent without extending the central heating. It can pump out a great deal of heat.The only con is that the setup process is not very straight forward and was quite frustrating. Once you get past that it’s very good

This is my second Princess purchase the first been their smart tower fan/heater which I absolutely love As I’m in rented accommodation I’m not a fan of my current electric heaters as they cannot be controlled very well and are expensive to run so I decided to invest in a smart heater which I can take full control of. I’m absolutely delighted with this heater. It’s the first electric heater which hasn’t woken me up in the morning with that annoying clicking and banging most electric heaters seem to do. There is a few clicks and ticks occasionally from it but they are very quiet and almost unnoticeable. It can be fully programmed and controlled from your phone to come on at certain times and if you have an Alexa (other devices might work as well) then you can set it up to come on and switch off when the room reaches a certain temperature. Been able to control the heater remotely is amazing and I love been able to turn on the heater before I arrive home. The heater looks very sleek and modern and I was able to mount it on my wall within about 15 minutes. The only concern might be how the black glass would stand up to smudges and finger prints as it’s very shiny and reflective, not a problem for me but a consideration for those with kids and pets maybe. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Thermostat Not accurate, so would never switch off. The thermostat is at the bottom near air intakes. Because of this over a 4 hour period the temperature rose from 9'C to 10'C on display, the room was alot warmer. The air from bottom of room(coldest part) flows past thermostat on way into radiator(wind chill effect). Maybe a better position would be on side of radiator near cable or switch, less subject to air flow. Because the minimum temperature setpoint is 15'C I cannot even compensate for the inaccuracy, by setting setpoint lower. Also because its lit up displayed on front, I cannot be bothered with people asking why the temperature is wrong.If you check reviews, this seems to be a common problem with thermostat. I wish I had absorbed the warnings more.no 24/7 temperature scheduler - Only a on Scheduler, if you see a scheduler advertised you have to assume it has a temperature setpoint in the options, but no.You can however easily turn on manually via mobile phone app the radiator and set desired temperature and power option. Shame the thermostat does not work, as this part is quite good.If your connecting to wifi, you have to connect to 2.4Ghz network not 5GHz. If you have a combined SSID wifi signal and not seperate 2.4/5Ghz signals you may need to split your SSID broadcasting signal to get connected

Very nice to look at. Wall mounted and surprisingly heats up quickly. Not so easy to connect to the app, but will persevere with getting it to connect.

I bought this heater back in November 2022, installed and connected to Climate Wizard app with no issues at all, unfortunately the heater stopped working after a year but I was offered a refund or a replacement, chose a replacement because I was quite happy with the integration with Siri and could do the automations I wanted to, but....when I got my replacement unit didn't manage to connect to Climate app, only the Princess app, spoke to customer support and they agreed to replace again, but same issue, I have tried everything I could, different routers, 2.4GHz only, used different phones, tablets, simply the message "Unable to join the network HeaterSetup", spoke to customer service to be told the heater doesn't work with Siri and they were not very helpful at all and that's where we are...so if you want to use with Siri I don't recomment buying this product.

This is fitted in a room 16’ x 12’ and is more than ample for keeping it comfortable. The phone app makes control easy and convenient and to present has shown no problems at all that are mentioned in other reviews I have read. The heater is very aesthetic and looks very nice on the wall, almost unnoticed most of the time as it blends and looks natural to the decor of the room. Highly pleased and would recommend these, I shall not be returning to radiators or standing heaters again after trying this design.
