Incredible resource for Law Enforcement too
I'm a police officer in a small town. We don't always have the top of the line resources for our teens here so I did some researching online. This book is an incredible resource to us law enforcement to utilize for our youth when their parents have nowhere to turn, or sometimes are inbetween counseling visits and need something to turn to. Our youth are in such a volatile world that they need something that can RELATE to them. Thank you for giving me this option to utilize on the streets as a handout for when we have suicidal or self harming teens and need the resource. I also purchased the online PDF version so I could print out the book when I'm in need of it ASAP

Powerful and Life Changing
I am extremely happy to see a book out there like this, its amazing. I am the president of a non-profit working with High School students and this is exactly the type of book/workbook teens need. I highly recommend this book to anyone that works with teens or is looking to make a positive impact on a teens life.

Long overdue help
This is a powerful resource and tool for students, parents, and educators alike. Being an educator of 20 plus years, I have seen the landscape of our classrooms change. Teens are placing more and more pressure on themselves every day but lack the skills to cope with it. This workbook provides those skills. With well organized and easy to follow activities, students will be better equipped to handle the pressures facing them. As an educator this workbook provides the necessary knowledge to help us understand and relate to the students. It provides us with the resources needed to help better guide our students. This has been a missing resource for many teachers so thank you Stacie and Gina.
