Beautiful mirror. Very classy with 2 colors of light. Make the space very unique and modern.

I love this mirror it does everything it says it is supposed to. My handyman didn’t have any trouble hanging it, it gives a first class look to the bathroom, my guest always comment on it. I would buy this product again. I bought a square one for the other bathroom, They look heavy, the mirror is thick glass, they look very expensive,both three years old both excellent performance, not a hitch, customer trusted product.

As with everything you purchase online, you can’t be 100% sure how the product is going to look, or how the quality is going to be until you have it in your hands. This mirror won’t disappoint you! It is well made, it gives enough light to a small/medium bathroom, it comes with all the necessary hardware, even cotton gloves are included to handle it while you hang it.You will need to install an outlet behind the mirror if you don’t have already one.Highly recommend it!

The Anti-fog feature is a problem because the mirror gets very hot whenever it's plugged in. It's 60 f hotter than room temperature. Maybe this is standard for all mfg's illuminated mirrors but it was very hot to the touch and who wants to pay for electricity around the clock to heat a mirror you could cook an egg on? Perhaps I had a defective heater in my mirror? I don't know and I was past the 30 day guarantee which may or maynot have made a difference in requesting a return.But I had painted the lighted part of the mirror blue with Krylon Sea Glass translucent spray paint and didn't want to return the mirror which I was otherwise happy with. Not wanting the anti-fog feature, their customer service rep named "Icy" was outstanding in that she (?) immediately responed to my request to remedy the heat problem by disconnecting the heat element. She even sent a tutorial video and several followup notes. It's an easy fix for anyone who can wield a screw driver since it required removal of the back panel and cutting the cord connecting the heating element, then taping the wire ends to prevent shorting the circuit.It is a nice mirror, the lighting is good and customer service is superb.I rate the mirror a 5/5 now but if my house would have burned down I would have rated it lower.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this mirror! It's my new favorite thing in my room, possibly even in my house! It's really nicely made. The product photos don't do it justice. The large diamond-like crystals are clear. I was surprised by the heft and the quality. It is flawless. The chrome and the crystals gleam. I have had it for a few days now and it gives me so much joy to sit at my vanity and do my makeup in the mornings. It arrived ready to use. I didn't have to put it together, just plug it in. Some of my favorite things about it, other than the fact that it is absolutely beautiful, are the usb port to charge my phone, the adjustable knobs that allow you to angle the mirror, and the light quality for applying makeup. I am married so I was afraid the mirror would make our bedroom to feminine, but it enhances the room without taking over. Even so, everyone who comes into our bedroom is understandably fascinated by the beauty of this mirror!

I used this mirror in my room instead of a bathroom and it actually worked out nicely. I keep the antifog off because I don't need it and the mirror has 3 different lighting settings. The brightness isn't as bright as the video portrays but I am still trying to figure out how I can enhance it. It works for me and I should be ok with putting makeup on with another light in the room on. The hardware for installation came with it but the spacers to hold the screws in place in the wall were cheap and I used my own that were more durable and stronger. The ones provided didn't even expand in the wall to grip so that made me nervous. Overall I am satisfied and it goes nicely in my room completing it.

Works great, looks great, packaged well, only wish it had a cut out if using the plug not behind the mirror itself, also white cord vs black would have been preferred.

Love the look of this mirror. Easy toInstall. And the LED on mirror is soBright. Love it. Highly recommended
