The media could not be loaded. This product is cheap and not well made! The first one we received didn’t work so we asked for a replacement. We received the replacement and it doesn’t work either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

A lot cheaper quality than I expected. I missed the fine print that said memory card was not included so it’s Christmas Day and my daughter can’t use it yet. Another one of those you get what you pay for items I guess
