In my experience Defective shower head.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I’m not sure about the difference. I know I either got a defective head or they are not made well. Water sprays all around the head. It’s disappointing so I may not be open to seeing the good with the filter.

Leaks from head
Looks nice, but it leaks from the side of the shower head. Ive tightened it, but it still leaks. Thank goodness its in the guest bath

Kinda cheaply built, does not fit standard holders which is frustrating, pressure is not strong

My shower was yellow from dripping of the head.Holes are to small

Needs more water spread.
I wish it had a more wider water spread. It is just to narrow. Apart from that, it works great.
