Added Energy. This product has boosted energy. I mean it does have caffeine so thats no surprise. I am not a paid reviewer and I did NOT receive any sort of discount on the product. I was a little put off by all the paid reviews but decided to try it anyway.It took a week and a half to start feeling results but I've lost visible fat from my arms and stomach. It curbs my cravings especially at night and gives me a definite boost at the gym. I work out 3-4 times a week and try and watch what I eat although this has proven to be the hardest thing for me. I was looking for something natural that could curb my cravings and give me energy. This is a great supplement. Giving four starts because if I don't take it, I get really bad headaches. Probably because of the caffeine. No other side effects though. =]

This product does give me a good boost, nothing major but they do put me in a good mood!

The first day I took it, I became very sleepy. After that, I felt like I had more energy and I could feel my body heat up.It was otherwise ineffective.
