Q: can this be used as a moisturizer at night or do I need to put a moisturizer on top of it? Does this heal precancer from UV?

Hello! It really depends on how much moisture your skin needs. If you do find you need additional moisture, you would apply your DNA Total Repair first and then your moisturizer. As for healing UV Damage, yes, each DNA Repair Enzyme has been clinically proven to reduce UV-induced damage.
