True 365nm, lightweight, good for lookin at skin
Truly 365nm, nice and lightweight. Not for curing paint or anything, I have another flashlight and a nail lamp for that. For a black light flashlight that won’t blind you/burn things/etc, this is perfect. I replaced a 395nm 12 led flashlight with this, much better. It doesn’t cast a purple light or get so hot. The batteries last well. I can examine skin, charge diving watches, use it for cleaning, etc.it’s a great replacement for the Mercury wood’s lamp I used to have.I’ve been using experimenting a lot with fluorescent items during quarantine. This flashlight is excellent. And a great price. It’s also great for dermatological purposes, harder to see a doc during COVID so you can look at your skin, a cats ear, etc with this. I’m considering getting a few more.

Dies Really Fast, Not Very Bright
This worked for a temporary fix for my need of a 365 nm UV for finding specific types of glass, however, this light died very fast, and is very dull even with brand new batteries. Would recommend looking for a stronger light if you're a glass enthusiast like me.

Good UV flashlight
This is a good flashlight for checking uv tracer. Use it at work to check parts at my desk. The 365 wavelength means no purple light which makes it easier to see the UV tracer. The flashlight almost appears turned off until you shine it on something that reflects uv.

Not as bright as you would expect.
Like the light weight and well built casing.

Very poor UV quality!
Based on the good reviews I thought this would be a decent 365nm. It is not. It appears to be a very poor quality LED. It lets too much visible light through. Barely causes protein to luminesce. It is not the purple of the cheap 395nm lights used for banknotes or checking IDs, but at the same time it's not useful for what I need 365 for either - i.e. checking for cleanliness.I turned the light out in the office breakroom and took some pictures...See attached. Images are of some muffin stains on the top of a mini fridge. A piece of broccoli. A chocolate milk stain on the carpet. The stains are not visible under normal light. For comparison I have included the same images also using a uvbeast 365nm (with the reflector removed for fairness - with the reflector attached, the uvbeast is about 10x brighter)As you can see, this thing wont even show the faintest hint of redness in the broccoli. The other 5-star reviews really need to try a decent 365nm light. I did not expect much for $9. Sadly I cannot even use this at all.The uvbeast v3 mini is $40 and is not even in the same league as this. The LIGHTFE D11D is $25 and is in the same league as this (still wont fluoresce chlorophyll but much better for protein stains) and while the body actually appears cheaper, the LED is better quality.I would highly recommend just getting the uvbeast however. You won't be disappointed. This is not the kind of thing you can cheap out on and still get a usable quality device.

Big fat nope
This light isn't all that. It arrived pretty quickly, that was the only good thing about it. I received it and put the AAA batteries in it closed it up and pushed the button and NoThInG, not even a glimmer of light. Thinking it was just me I switched out the batteries with a different set and nothing, I changed brands of AAA and Still nothing. I put it down and didn't think about it for a while. I came back just before starting a return and decided 1 more time. It came on.... The light was so dim I couldn't even see it on myhand. (brand new Energizer AAA) This is not what I expected or wanted. I need a BRIGHT light. I did a return and I will give this brand 1 more chance and if I get the same result I will update. It could be a fluke, maybe I just got one that was beat up too much in shipping. We will see.

What can I say? It works.
This works incredibly well. I use it with Noodler's Blue Ghost invisible ink in my fountain pens to write snarky comments while I'm taking notes in college. This light makes that ink glow so bright! I love it! So much fun!
