Digestion is improved and energy level is better

Great product at a great price. I haven't noticed much of a difference, but I just seem to have more energy and mental clarity. Most people say it helps with their digestive and it keeps their bathroom habits smoother. It didn't do that for me, but then again I've been taking them for a week. Maybe I'll notice a difference in the weeks ahead.

Great supplement. Arrived quickly. At a great price. Was actually a smaller bottle than expected.

I used this to make a batch of yogurt per Dr. Davis' instructions. Since I don't know which strain this is, I'm not sure if it's going to be beneficial to my lower intestines. It definitely cultivated the yogurt, though. I used my food dehydrator at 98 degrees for 36 hours and my first batch came out absolutely perfect with no whey separation. I've used this as starter for successive batches and they all come out perfect, consistency of a soft serve yogurt, maybe a little thicker. My dehydrator is working really well for this and I can put in 2 of the 32 oz containers at once. I make this yogurt and about 13 hours prior to it being finished, I add a 2nd container of the Greek yogurt I like.I took off 1 star since I couldn't get an answer from Swanson regarding which strain was used. This is the answer I received via email when I inquired:"If no strain has been specified, the strain may vary with market availability but would not be a numbered strain used in a trademarked product. If we use a numbered strain, it will be noted since these have been researched for trademarked products."

This makes me feel better when I take it daily. I swear it also makes me skinnier, but no promises. Good price for a little product that does a lot of good!

I made a first great batch of yogurt with this product that I was informed is what helps maintain all the other beneficial bio cultures in our gut lining. Without this one, all the others are barely hanging on by threads. This one, I was also told by Dr. Eric Berg DC, that it also keeps the non-beneficial bacteria in check but you have to use it as a starter within the yogurt culture. And I used the ultimate yogurt maker to do that in.

Like many others , I ordered this product to make yogurt. My first batch was nasty! Foul smelling and tasting. BUT I read another review which said to use some yogurt from the first batch as starter for the second batch (a couple heaping tablespoons). (I’m sorry I don’t remember who, but thank you!!) I did that and got much better results! I’m on my third batch and it’s thick, creamy and delicious. Tastes like Greek yogurt. Easily flavored or topped if you’re not a fan of plain Greek yogurt.So expect the first batch to be kind of gross, but you should get a good result after that.My husband thinks all yogurt is gross, so he’s just taking the capsules. 🙄😂

I like this product and it seems to be helpful with my digestive issues, but about 1/4 of the capsules are empty or only have a small amount in them.
